FYI – [On July 29th,] the city council passed the action item (#45) on the agenda sometime in the morning. This authorizes PARD to go ahead with partnering with YMCA. The draft of the agreements can be found on the PARD commission page as item #2 on the agenda for July 27. It is the 2nd backup. The 1st is a power point showing the purported time line of how this agreement came about. I say purported because I personally think there were discussions and decisions that were made out of public view.
