Due to lack of property management and supportive services capabilities, the Redfield Apartments will go into foreclosure. The City will attempt to repurchase the property. The property may remain affordable housing but not transitional housing requiring support services.
Due to blockage of creek culverts, roughly 30 homes along Mearns Meadow were recently flooded. Residents may seek assistance from the American Red Cross and FEMA. NACA is helping to organize residents affected, and advise consulting an attorney for legal advice.
Meeting Agendas are added to the website on the week of the meeting, and are also emailed to members with secure zoom links.
Meeting minutes are typically added to the website after they are approved the following meeting, though drafts may be added sooner.
Members receive a monthly newsletter informing on recent and upcoming actions of the association, and other local information.
Meetings are held the third Thursday of the month [excluding July and December] at 7:00PM. Meetings are a hybrid of in person and remote attendance via Zoom. For security, Zoom links are sent to members only.

Settlement Home, Williamson Family Campus 1607 Colony Creek Drive, Austin, TX 78758 There are two buildings there and the conference room is in the building with a sign that says "Williamson Family Campus".
