As part of Capital Metro’s ongoing maintenance of rail right-of-way, our contractors will perform maintenance on the track over the next several days, including this weekend. Unfortunately, this activity will take place on a 24-hour schedule, which means that some work may be performed in the very late evening/early morning. This track work may generate noise that could disturb those living or working close to the tracks. All sections of the track between Downtown Austin and Burnet, TX may be impacted. Capital Metro apologizes for any disruptions that this maintenance may cause our neighbors, and we will work with our contractor to complete this work as safely and quickly as possible.
