A holiday sale on Nov. 20 from 8:30 to 1:30 at 9605 Mountain Quail (one block north of Rutland) will be a fund-raiser for NACA. Holiday decorations, small trees and a tree skirt and lights, plus holiday jewelry will be for sale and all the proceeds will go to NACA.
In addition, raffle tickets will be sold at the Nov. 19th NACA meeting at 7 p.m. in Little Walnut Creek Library, 835 W. Rundberg, and at the neighborhood coffee each Friday in November from 9-10 at Kiefer’s Cafe on Kramer Lane near Metric. Raffle tickets are $2 each or three for $5. Linda Moore, 577-1015, Ann Teich at 797-7724, and Eleanor Langsdorf, 873-0480, will have tickets starting in early November. The drawing for the quilt will be held near the end of the holiday sale on Nov. 20th and you do not need to be present to win. The quilt (shown in photo) is an 8-sided star in multi colored fabric and measures 70 x 82 inches.
