Block Walk #1 – Saturday September 27, 2014
Location – Settlement Home for Children – 1607 Colony Creek Drive, 8am – 2pm
- Volunteers walk through assigned area and offer trees to eligible property sites
- Distribute door hangers to eligible property sites
- Write down data for each property offered a tree
- Volunteers should bring work gloves, hats, sunscreen, & water
Block Walk #2 – Saturday November 8, 2014
Location – Settlement Home for Children – 1607 Colony Creek Drive, 8am – 2pm
- Volunteers walk through neighborhood to homes that responded to tree offer and mark tree placement with a flag
- Volunteers should bring work gloves, hats, sunscreen, & water
Big Event Day! – Saturday November 15, 2014
Principe de Paz – 1204 Payton Gin Rd, Austin, TX 78758, 8am – 3pm
- Volunteers will assist with delivering trees and planting trees in the NACA neighborhood
- Pick-up trucks needed!
- Volunteers should bring work gloves, hats, sunscreen, & water
