DPS driver’s license offices around the state will be open on
Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM through March 1st for Election Identification
Certificates (EIC’s). You can also apply for an EIC at *any* DPS office in
Texas. You do not need to apply in your home county. I am including the
link in the email. If clicking on the link does not take you to the
document just copy and paste the link in the address window on line. That
should take you right to it.
