Our next meeting is May 21st, 2020, 7 pm. With the YMCA closed and COVID-19 restrictions in place, we’ll be meeting virtually on Zoom. Members will be provided with the Zoom conference link via e-mail on Monday, May 18th.

Our guest will be Jo Kathryn Quinn, the CEO of Caritas of Austin. She’ll describe her group’s plans to partner with a developer, Vecino Group, to build a new multifamily affordable housing development with 120 units at 1934 Rutland (just east of Metric, at the corner of Rutland and Golden Meadow). The site is currently a strip mall with a Mexican restaurant, a hookah lounge, and a few other businesses.
