In May and June, the Facilities and Bond Planning Advisory Committee (FABPAC) will be working to develop a potential bond proposal. This series of meetings is important to provide community input on priorities for bond projects. It is anticipated the Board of Trustees could call for the bond in June with a potential bond election in November.
AISD will hold a community engagement meeting on bond planning Thursday, May 18, 6-8pm, at Reagan HS (closest one to our area).
Additional meetings will be held:
May 16 at Austin HS (6-8pm)
May 17 at Millenium Youth Complex (Noon-2) and Bowie HS (6-8pm);
May 20 at Travis HS (9am-11am).
