January 21st Virtual Meeting
It’s officer election time at our next meeting, on January 21st, 2021, at 7:00 pm. Members will be provided with the Zoom conference link via email on or before Monday, January 18th.
The current slate of volunteers are Matt Myers for President, John Green for Vice President, an open position for another Vice President, Brian LaCour for Treasurer, and an open position for Secretary. Consider volunteering to help move NACA forward in 2021.
The January meeting will also feature Jo Kathryn Quinn from Caritas of Austin and Jennifer Hicks of True Casa Austin, who will be discussing their joint effort to develop a 171-unit supportive housing facility at 1934 Rutland. This location is currently the site of a small mall with a restaurant, a hookah lounge, and an event center. In addition, Jo Kathryn is also interested in having NACA nominate a member to serve on the Caritas Board of Directors.
