On behalf of the City of Austin Corridor Program Office, I would like to invite you and the North Austin Civic Association to the Community Conversation scheduled for Monday, December 3 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at St John’s Episcopal Church. This public meeting is part of Project Connect’s Community Conversations series, and it will be cohosted by Capital Metro, City of Austin Corridor Program Office, and Austin Transportation. At the event, community members will have the opportunity to learn more about:

• Project Connect System Vision
• Austin Strategic Mobility Plan
• 2016 Mobility Bond Corridor Program on North Lamar Boulevard

 
The event will include a presentation of Project Connect’s regional transit vision, followed by a Q&A session, and the Corridor Program Office will also be present to discuss the Corridor Mobility Program on North Lamar Boulevard. The Austin Strategic Mobility Plan team will be there as well to answer questions about Austin’s new city-wide transportation plan.
City of Austin Corridor Mobility Program will be hosting an additional public meeting next year (2019) to discuss updates on Corridor Mobility Program improvement projects planned for North Lamar Boulevard, and I will be sure to update you once the 2019 North Lamar Boulevard Corridor Open House is scheduled. In the meantime, we hope you and NACA will be able to attend the coordinated meeting occurring on December 3. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have.
